Quick Guide – Bienomat® Honey Bottling Machine with Scale

1. Setup

  • Place the unit on a level, stable surface.
  • Lay the supply hose so that there are no tripping hazards.

2. Connect the Suction Hose

  • Insert the suction hose into the honey container.
  • Ensure there are no air pockets so that the pump draws in the honey properly.

3. Prepare the unit

  • Connect to a 230 V power source.
  • Adjust the dispensing arm and spout so that the glass is centered directly under the nozzle.

4. Select dosing settings

  • Select the desired fill volume using the dosing setting.
  • Use one of the 6 preset positions or customize the setting.

5. Select the filling mode

  • For Automatic: Place the glass on the scale; the machine starts automatically.
  • For manual mode: Position the glass and start the dosing process by pressing the button.

6. Monitor the filling process

  • Check the fill level in the glass, especially with new settings.
  • Keep an eye on the number of fills shown on the display.

7. After filling

  • Rinse the unit with warm water; remove the pump housing if necessary.
  • Allow any remaining honey to drain completely, and store the device in a dry place.
