The shipping costs for each shipping method, parcel or forwarding delivery, can be found in the table below. When ordering via our online store, the shipping costs are displayed before the order process is completed.
If you select the cash on delivery payment method, an additional cash on delivery fee of €9.00 per parcel will be charged within Germany. This also applies to free shipping orders for which cash on delivery has been selected as the payment method.
In some EU countries, the shipping costs may change if the delivery location is in an area that is difficult for DHL to access (remote areas*). In this case, additional shipping costs of EUR 20.00 per parcel will be charged. For shipments to other EU countries, it may be necessary to use a forwarding agent for reasons of weight or volume. In some cases, higher shipping costs may be incurred, which we will offer you separately in a quotation.
Within Germany we offer free shipping from € 175.00 value of goods, to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from € 350.00 value of goods.
Only bee food and transparent hollow glass are excluded from free shipping. Here shipping costs are generally charged when ordering.
You have the option of collecting your order from our store in Brockel. There are no shipping costs and you can inspect the goods on site.

Complaints can only be made within 10 days. We are not liable for consequential damages of any kind. You have 14 days to inspect the delivered items. You bear the costs for returning ordered goods. Returns to the store are free of charge.
