In the case of our honey bees, whose keeping is not limited to one professional group, not only the bees but also plants and animals are threatened with global extinction due to the lack of pollination. In addition, monocultures in agriculture have almost completely displaced bee life to the cities, where bee mortality is increasing due to the recent need for pharmaceutical treatment and the resulting degeneration of the immune system. For these reasons, a near-natural method of beekeeping has been developed and tested here that combines pest control with the regeneration of the bees' immune system in order to save our bees worldwide.
