The Imgut^® Velutina PET glass trap is a simple but effective method for catching Asian hornets. With the help of special attractants, e.g. BeeVital VelutTractive attractant, it is possible to selectively catch the Asian hornet "Vespa Velutina". This is because other insects can climb out again through the openings, while the Asian hornet remains in the PET container.
