Quick Start Guide – Imgut® ECO 2 W Extractor with Sieve Filler

1. Setup

  • Place the extractor on a level, stable surface.
  • Place the coarse screen on the filling tank.
  • Place the extractor on the 50-kg filling unit and hook in the clamps.
  • Insert the lid halves and slide them under the crossbar.

2. Preparation

  • Clean the machine with warm water before using it for the first time.
  • Always leave the drain valve open during the spin cycle.

3. Inserting the honeycomb frames

  • Place the honeycomb frames vertically in the basket.
  • The top bar should face to the right.
  • Ensure the weight is distributed evenly.

4. Spinning

  • Close the lid.
  • Turn the hand crank clockwise.
  • To stop, let the spin cycle run out, then gently turn the crank in the opposite direction.
  • Do not open the lid until the basket has come to a complete stop.

5. Turning the honeycombs

  • Once the basket has come to a stop, rotate the honeycombs 180 °.
  • Spin the second side.

6. Cleaning

  • Remove the centrifuge basket and take off the strainer.
  • Remove coarse dirt and rinse with warm water (using a mild detergent if necessary).
  • Do not use alcohol-based cleaners.
  • Allow the appliance to dry completely.
