The Bienomat honeycomb carousel Ø 90 cm is a professional system for the hygienic storage and intermediate buffering of honeycomb frames before honey extraction. It holds up to 30 frames of different sizes and allows the dripping honey to be collected cleanly in a central container.

Quick guide - Bienomat® honeycomb carousel Ø 90 cm

1. set up

  • Place the carousel on a flat, stable surface.
  • Firmly lockthe brakes on all wheels.
  • Check stability and align if necessary.

2. prepare

  • Cleanthe stainless steel tub and Frame perch with warm water and food-safe cleaner before first use.
  • Place a suitable bucket or filler in the center under the ball valve.
  • Briefly open theball valve and close it again to check mobility.

3. loading the carousel

  • Set the upper bar to the required frame height using the adjustment handles.
  • Insert the lower edge of theframes securely into the holder.
  • Distribute the frames evenly around the carousel so that the system remains stable.

4. draining and collecting honey

  • After uncapping, hang the combs in the carousel.
  • Allow the honey to drip from the combs into the conical stainless steel tray.
  • Open the ball valve and let the honey run into the prepared bucket or filler in a controlled manner.

5. emptying and transferring

  • Removethe drained combs from the carousel.
  • Then place the combs in the Honey Extractor.
  • If necessary, change the bucket or filler and close the ball valve in good time.

6 Cleaning and storage

  • Empty the ball valve completely after use.
  • Pull theFrame perch completely upwards.
  • Cleanthe tub, ball valve and Frame perch with warm water and dry.
  • Release the wheels and roll the carousel to the desired storage location, then reapply the brakes.
