The ApiCera^® 80 kg Fully Automatic Mixer is the ideal solution for beekeepers who want to mix larger quantities of honey gently, evenly, and fully automatically. With its fully automatic, digital control system, the device ensures a constant speed and precise stirring cycles—for optimal results with every batch of honey. The powerful 230 V / 750 W drive system enables approximately 30 revolutions per minute and guarantees a uniform consistency of the honey—without any manual intervention. The mixing vat is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel; it is hygienic, durable, and easy to clean. With a capacity of 80 kg of honey and a tank size of Ø 46 cm (inside) and 46 cm in height, the ApiCera^® honey mixer offers ample space for medium and large batches of honey. The floor-level squeeze valve allows for nearly complete emptying without any honey loss. The rubberized cold-touch handles also ensure safe handling—even during operation.
