Using the built-in timer, you can program the start, stop, and stirring intervals exactly as needed. The 20:1 mechanical reduction gearbox ensures smooth, gentle stirring at approximately 50 revolutions per minute, while the 13 mm drill chuck securely holds standard honey stirrers.

Er dient als Ersatzteil fuer die Ruehrmeister Modelle 5711, 5712, 5713 und 57135 und passt zu den entsprechenden Ruehrbehaeltern dieser Baureihen.

Der Getriebemotor ist fuer den Dauereinsatz im Honigruehrer ausgelegt. Du solltest ihn dennoch im Blick behalten und bei sehr langen Laufzeiten gelegentlich Pausen einplanen.

Ueber die digitale Steuerung programmierst du Start, Stopp und Pausenzeiten. So kannst du mehrere kurze Ruehrphasen ueber den Tag verteilen, ohne immer danebenstehen zu muessen.

Das Untersetzungsgetriebe verfuegt ueber ein 13 mm Bohrfutter. Darin lassen sich handelsuebliche Honigruehrer mit entsprechendem Schaft sicher einspannen.

Der Antrieb verfuegt ueber einen gut erreichbaren Not-Ausschalter und ist spritzgeschuetzt nach IP 54. Betreibe den Motor nur in trockenen Innenraeumen und lasse ihn nicht unbeaufsichtigt laufen.

Quick Guide – Geared Motor for Rührmeister

1. Set Up and Prepare

  • Attach the motor to the designated mounting bracket on the Rührmeister and ensure it is placed on a stable, dry surface.
  • Insertthe honey stirrer with a clean shaft into the drill chuck and tighten it securely.
  • Check that the stirrer can rotate freely inside the container.

2. Electrical Connection

  • Connect the power cord to a 230 V grounded outlet with a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
  • Route the cable so that there are no tripping hazards and it does not get pinched.

3. Setting the Timer and Control Panel

  • Select the desired mixing time, pause time, and number of intervals on the digital control panel.
  • Perform a short test run without honey and check the direction of rotation and the attachment of the stirrer.

4. Stirring process

  • Immerse the agitator completely in the honey and start the motor using the control panel.
  • Let the mixing process run automatically using the timer and keep an eye on the equipment.
  • Be familiar with the emergency stop switch and keep it easily accessible so you can stop the machine immediately in case of an emergency.

5. After Stirring

  • Stop the motor using the control panel and unplug the power cord.
  • Remove and clean the honey stirrer, and wipe off any splatters from the motor housing.
  • Store the motor in a dry place, protected from splashes, to ensure the equipment continues to function reliably for a long time.
