Automatic uncapping machine with oscillating knives with serrated edge that can be adjusted to honeycomb widths. The knives are heated by means of a closed water circuit, the temperature is freely adjustable from 30 - 95°C. Automatic frame feeder with intake shaft for up to 5 frames simultaneously. The frames are then uncapped one after the other by the knives mounted on both sides and transported into the uncapping tray, with space for up to 36 frames, where they can be taken over for further processing. Approx. 4 frames are uncapped per minute. The digital control unit can be used to control the feed and heating power separately.
