Many children know bees as useful little animals that provide us with honey and fly from flower to flower in summer. Some are also afraid of bees and their stings. However, the animals are harmless if they are not threatened and you behave properly around them. In fact, bees are very useful animals that pollinate many different flowering plants. Without them, many of the fruits and vegetables we know would not even exist.

In this booklet, children learn about these useful insects. For example, they learn what a bee's body looks like and how the queen differs from the drones and workers. They also playfully learn how bees communicate and build their own bee house together. This allows them to observe and study these exciting insects in detail. In other activities, the children learn about the work of a beekeeper and where the honey on our breakfast table comes from.
In this way, the nursery children experience the world of bees together with a great deal of joy of discovery and curiosity and gradually understand how important and worthy of protection the little insects are.
