Breathable and diffusion-open cover with lotus effect prevents mold growth and helps with temperature loss. The textured, rough side belongs at the bottom and allows moisture to escape upwards from the hive, the smooth side belongs at the top and is water-repellent

Application note

The textured, rough side should be on the bottom and the smooth side on the top to ensure diffusion. The rough surface can be cemented or built up by the bees. To avoid this, we recommend placing a covering gauze, e.g. Art. 2100 or 1088, under the Lotus covers.
