The Apitura^® Trap-X Velutina trap offers an effective and user-friendly solution for the targeted control of the invasive Asian hornet (Vespa velutina). It is designed to trap Vespa velutina while allowing other insects to escape through built-in escape routes. This ensures a high degree of selectivity, which helps protect native insect populations and significantly increases the trap’s environmental compatibility. For improved efficiency, the Apitura^® Trap-X Bait Pod(not included), which contains the attractant, can also be used.
