This powerful round Steam Wax Extractor with 3 kW heating cartridge is the perfect solution for beekeepers who want to melt out honeycombs quickly, cleanly and reliably. The wax melter is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, is durable, low-maintenance and easy to clean. Connected via a standard garden hose with quick-release coupling (Gardena), the Steam Wax Extractor is supplied with water fully automatically as required via a float valve in the expansion tank. This enables efficient working without manual filling or dry running of the heating unit and is therefore gentle on the material. Sophisticated technology, robust materials and convenient operation make it a particularly efficient tool and enable smart working for small to large beekeeping operations.

The wax melter is equipped with a loose stainless steel lid including cold handle and seal and also has two rubberized handles on the boiler for safe working. An internal steam pipe with a kinked outlet ensures that the steam flows towards the center of the boiler, making it easier to replace honeycombs during operation. The sloping base with floor-level outlet and removable brass spout ensures optimum drainage of wax and water. For uncomplicated cleaning, the melting basket can be easily removed after dismantling the steam pipe. The Steam Wax Extractor stands on three sturdy legs with hard rubber castors. Each castor can be secured with a locking brake - for maximum flexibility and safety when working.

Large honeycomb basket - ideal for 16 honeycombs

The stable honeycomb basket with central steam outlet and integrated sieve grid offers space for up to 16 combs of normal size, Zander, Langstroth and up to 10 combs of Dadant brood chamber. The 3 mm sieve grid retains wax particles and ensures a particularly pure melting result.

The steam heating unit and the water outlet are located under the boiler. The integrated heating cartridge offers
