You can order jars in the "Jars & Lids" category and bee feed in the "Feeding Bees" category.

Within Germany we offer free shipping from € 175.00 value of goods, to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg from € 350.00 value of goods.

Only bee feed and transparent hollow glass are excluded from free shipping. These items generally incur shipping costs when ordered, even in combination with other items.

The statutory warranty applies to defective products and is 2 years after purchase of the goods.

How to order

If you have a Holtermann Vouchers with a 26-digit voucher code, you can easily redeem it in our online store at checkout. If you still have an older Holtermann Vouchers with a four- or five-digit voucher code, please note this code in the comments field at checkout. In this case, payment via PayPal or credit card cannot be taken into account. In this case, please select another payment method.

Your order is put together by hand, checked for quality and completeness and dispatched as quickly as possible. When your order arrives depends on the respective shipping service provider and can therefore vary.

As a rule, the delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days. Shipping to other EU countries takes a little longer, as parcel and shipping service providers have different delivery times for EU shipments.

You can track your parcel or shipping delivery using the tracking number provided by our shipping service providers in the order confirmation.

If you do not like a product, you are welcome to return it at your own expense. If you would like to return a defective or faulty item, please contact us by email at info@holtermann.de.

At the beginning of the ordering process (registration & shipping), select "Pick up" and specify the period in which you would like to collect the goods. The goods will then be ready for you to collect from our store in Brockel within a short time.

If you live in a remote area, our parcel service provider will deliver each parcel directly to your home for an additional fee of €20.00.

We will be happy to request prices for forwarding shipments separately from our forwarding partner.

We only ship our goods within the European Union.

However, if you live in a country outside the EU, you can order by providing a delivery address (family, acquaintance, parcel service provider, etc.) in a neighboring EU country. This person or service provider is then the recipient of the goods and you are the invoice recipient.

Please send us an order by e-mail with the following information:

  • full delivery address (EU country)
  • Full billing address (country in which you live)
  • Article no.
  • quantity

If you are resident in a country outside the European Union and have purchased and exported goods from us, you can have the VAT paid in Germany refunded.

All you need to do is provide proof after payment that you have exported the goods correctly. To do this, please send us the original invoice with a customs stamp by post. After checking and processing, we will refund the VAT amount to the bank account or PayPal account you used for payment. The original remains with us.

However, tax refunds are not possible when using service providers who ship the goods directly across the border to a non-EU country.
