Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform Heinrich Holtermann KG of your decision to withdraw this contract by a clear statement (by post, email or via the online withdrawal form).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

End of the withdrawal policy

Should the goods delivered exhibit obvious defects in materials or workmanship, including damage caused during transport, you are requested to report such defects to Heinrich Holtermann KG immediately. However, failure to do so will not affect your statutory rights. For any defects in the purchased item that arise during the statutory warranty period, you may, at your discretion, exercise your statutory rights to rectification, repair or replacement; and, provided the statutory conditions are met, your further rights to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract.
