Good to know
If you order a Vouchers in paper form without any other items, it will be sent free of charge. The Vouchers will be activated after receipt of payment. We recommend the payment methods PayPal or credit card for quick processing.
FAQ - Frequently asked questions about our Vouchers
To redeem an older voucher with a four- to six-digit voucher number, you can enter the voucher number in the comments field at the end of the order process when selecting the "SEPA direct debit" payment method. The amount will be deducted automatically. If you would like to choose a different payment method, please contact us by phone or email to arrange the deduction of the Vouchers.
If you would like to redeem a newer voucher with a 26-digit number, you can enter this (in the format XYZXYZ-XYZX-XYZX-XYZX-XYZX) in the corresponding field in the shopping cart so that the voucher value can be deducted directly in the shopping cart.
If you would like to purchase several Vouchers with the same design, enter the total value and let us know the number of Vouchers and the desired values using the comments field at the end of the order process (check-out process).
