The SIPA^® Uncapping Machines "Roll" is a top-mounted uncapping device for Uncapping Tanks and offers beekeepers a particularly fast, clean and energy-saving method for opening honeycombs. Equipped with actively heated rolling blades, the machine ensures even and reliable uncapping. The blades are heated with a Dampfmeister 7.0 so that even solid wax is processed effortlessly. The machine is available in versions for normal/DN, Zander, Dadant US/Langstroth and Dadant Blatt frames

Flexibly adjustable and suitable for various Uncapping Tanks

The individually adjustable support rails allow the SIPA^® "Roll" to be placed safely and optimally on almost any Uncapping Tank. This makes the machine suitable for both smaller apiaries and professional operations that want to make their Honey Harvest more efficient.

Gentle and precise uncapping

The honey frame is simply fed from above between the two heated knife rollers. The spring-loaded blades automatically adapt to the honeycomb surface. They run safely and precisely between the side bars and open the cells cleanly and evenly without damaging the honeycomb structure unnecessarily.

Perfect process for centrifuging

After uncapping, the honey frames can be placed directly in the Uncapping Tank until the required number for the next spin cycle is reached. This keeps the work process structured, hygienic and time-saving.
