FAQ - Frequently asked questions about our steam wax melters
We recommend using distilled water to prevent the steam wax melter or e.g. a steam master from calcifying. Alternatively, the steam master and the steam wax melter should be descaled regularly, at the latest after the fifth use, e.g. with acetic acid. The degree of scaling depends on the hardness of the water used. You should also ensure that the minimum water level is maintained during use. The heating coil must be in the water during operation.
