Rebate insert made of polystyrene for the Segeberger vertically halved box or the Segeberger nucleus hive riser DN one and a half.

When inserted

the result is a closed, stackable Boxes which, in conjunction with our Segeberger nuc base Art. 1221 and the Segeberger nucleus hive lid Art. 1224, can be used as a flexible nuc box in terms of height, which is also suitable for hibernation.

Removal

If the folding insert is removed, the box can be used in conjunction with Segeberger Boxes in full size as a vertical half box.

Properties of the rebate insert for Segeberger vertically halved box

• Inserted: makes the vertically halved box Art. 1222 stackable and usable as an extension frame
• Closes flush: enables hibernation in the nuc box in combination with the Segeberger hive base Art. 1221 and the Segeberger nucleus hive lid Art. 1224 and vertically halved box Art. 1222
• Removed: the Box can be used as a vertically halved box in the Segeberg Hive
