1. setting up the stand

  • Place the stand on a flat, stable surface.
  • Align the three wooden legs securely so that the stand does not wobble.

2. insert the pointed sieve

  • Hang the pointed nylon strainer from above into the stainless steel ring of the stand.
  • Check that the strainer hangs freely above the filling bucket and does not bump against it.

3. fit the Helix scraper

  • Insert the Helix scraper in the center of the pointed sieve.
