Persons who, due to their physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, inexperience, or lack of knowledge, are unable to operate this device safely must not use it, or must not use it without supervision or instruction from a responsible person.

Unauthorized modifications may impair the device’s functionality and, if carried out improperly, may result in serious injury or property damage. The warranty is generally void in the event of unauthorized modifications.

For the purposes of accident prevention regulations, this device is classified as an electrically heated filling tank, for which the following safety instructions must be observed:

• Use only (distilled) water as the heat transfer fluid. Never fill the partition wall with other liquids to avoid permanent damage.
• Never fill the filling tank with highly flammable liquids, solvents, or other combustible substances. There is a risk of explosion and fire.
• Under no circumstances should water or other liquids enter the heating unit’s control system. Risk of electric shock!
• Operate the unit only with the original valve plugs. Never block the vent hole during operation to prevent the risk of explosion due to thermal expansion.
• Place the unit only on non-flammable, non-melting surfaces.
• Do not cover the heating element or operate it outside the container. There is a risk of fire.
• Never leave the filler unattended during operation. Keep children and pets away from the hot container.
• Inspect the unit for visible damage before and after each use. Use the power cord and extension cord only if they are in perfect condition. Use only the original cord.
