ApiCera® electric melting comb II

Product description

Discover the ApiCera® electric melting combi II made of stainless steel, which is specifically designed for beekeeping use. Equipped with three nozzles, the steam wax melter can be flexibly adapted to different work processes. With the enclosed brass plugs, the appliance can also be easily used as a washing container. As the frame ears rest on the honeycomb basket during melting, they can be inserted and removed quickly and easily. A circumferential channel on the upper edge is used to channel in water and reliably seal the melting chamber. The accessories included in the scope of delivery, e.g. the ApiNord® Dampfmeister Pro 7 liter, in combination with the steam wax melter, increase the efficiency of beekeeping and make beekeeping activities related to honeycomb processing easier.

  • 10 combs: Normal size, Zander, Langstroth as well as Dadant US and Dadant Blatt brood or honey chamber
  • Special sizes: with the support rail for optional use also suitable for various special sizes, e.g. Mini Plus and Kuntzsch Hoch

ApiCera® electric comb melter II: versatile applications

  • Steam wax melter: for melting out combs with filler neck, wax outlet and water drain plug. Inner tray with wax outlet, thus separate wax and water circuit
  • Wash container: incl. brass plug for use as a wash container

Wear heat-insulating hand protection.

Never place the container or the steam master on flammable surfaces.

If water gets on the appliance during filling, wipe it off immediately with a cloth! There is a risk of electric shock; never allow the steam generator to run dry. Disconnect the mains plug before refilling the water. Wait until the appliance has cooled down. Never top up during operation.

Never tighten or remove the pressure relief valve! There is a risk of explosion or burns.

Do not move the container or the steam master during operation. There is a risk of burns and scalding.

Do not operate the appliance with a timer or remote control.

Wear suitable protective clothing such as an acid apron, mouth and eye protection, face protection, rubber boots and gloves when cleaning the frames.

The appliance must be checked for damage, especially leaks, before and after each use.
